The staff was quite helpful and the location near metro stations was acceptable I suppose.
The room was smaller than anticipated so moving around reminded me of an obstacle course I found some hairs on the bath towels so the cleanliness left much to be desired. The noise from other rooms was quite noticeable it sounded like the walls were made of paper.

a very nice location
warm staffcomfortable feelsafe room
i found a very nice location. the staff was very great. the accommodation environment was also very good, it created a very soft and comfortable feel. the room was quiet and safe, i slept comfortably.
the pictures don't match up with the aesthetic of the room i booked. the room was quite small and there was dust under the bed.

the staff members are kind. they were available to help with any request. the lady at reception DESK is kind and professional, i had a very efficient check-in experience.

this hotel has a very good location. it is on a quiet side street off the boulevard. luxembourg gardens are just a short stroll away, it is very close to amenities and metro stations.

Breakfast came right to my room. I saw a beautiful view when I woke up from the bed. The bath had lights and bubbles. This was a relaxing experience. The staff gave free water bottles regularly.
The blue light in the toilet it's just too dim and difficult to see.
