quiet corner front desk
The location is convenient with easy access to the metro station. Palais Garnier and the Louvre are also within walking distance. The corner location is quiet. The room I stayed in was bigger than expected. A 24/7 front desk is available and it is easy to leave the key there.
The staircase looked dusty .

small bathroom visible mold
The room i stayed in felt quite cramped. the bathroom was especially small. Maneuvering around the sink and shower was difficult. there was also some visible mold in the shower area.

a decent stay overall
great location friendly staff room size paint smell
the location worked well for sightseeing i could walk to many attractions. the staff at the front desk were friendly and ready to help with directions
the room i booked online did not match what i received upon arrival it felt smaller than expected.
