I stayed in the Duplex Apartment terrace. The in-room kitchenette was convenient! I liked the modern furnishings and quality. The room was quite large.
The fire alarm went off one morning at 6 am.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. The location was indeed very convenient, close to many attractions. The room was very large and well-equipped (i felt so grateful). I would certainly recommend this place.
I noticed the exterior of the building could benefit from some updating.

The location is excellent with nearby metro and a shopping street. Several restaurants are nearby, offering Asian and Western food options. The room was spacious enough to open two large suitcases simultaneously. A large terrace is available for breakfast and coffee, with fresh air.
I noticed the hotel is falling apart with significant wear evident in the room. There were broken mirrors and peeling walls. I also observed water damage in several places.

Solid choice in the heart of it ALL

The hotel boasts a really GOOD location. It's close to metro stations and a great shopping street. I could open two large suitcases simultaneously in the room without issues. There is also a nice terrace I used for breakfast and coffee, enjoying fresh air.
I noticed a slight cleanliness issue with the bed. And the bathroom could have been better.
