the location features proximity to metro lines. cafes and restaurants are great and shops are close by. the room was cleaned every day, i found it very comfortable.
the heater didn't worked. i had to go to the reception 4 times on thursday night 2025-10-30. the receptionist tried to make it work but nothing worked. room 24.

The hotel location is great. It has many restaurants including an affordable sushi place. Staff are friendly. Two metro stations are near.
The air conditioner did not work well. The minimum temperature was 19 C. The AC did not cool the air.

the location was superb, near a subway stop. the staff was responsive and kind. the room was comfortable for our group. it had everything we needed like fresh towels and toiletries.
the room was a bit small and there was barely enough space for two suitcases.
