easy access public transport clean room helpful staff
the hotel location is superb as it allows simple city access via public transport. i found it easy to follow check-in instructions, and everything was hassle-free. i noted helpful staff and indeed they are very friendly. the room was nice and neat..
i did notice some metro noise at night. traffic sounds and noise from other rooms were slightly audible, but overall, the experience remained positive.

A very nice and clean stay!
great location helpful staff
I liked that the location was great and very close to everything i wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything i needed. Even after i checked out, they offered to keep my bags in the hotel lockers until my flight time. This was really nice AND convenient.
The sound proofing needs some serious attention. I could hear noise from everywhere. I could even hear noise from reception, adjacent rooms, and the hallway. I seemed like i could not get any piece and needed to get away from the noise.

My standard double room included original tiles and a nice balcony. The room service was available daily. It was very clean and tidy. The owner was very friendly.

The hotel offers free coffee in the common area, which i appreciated. There is secure key pad access, so i felt very secure. Lockers are available for luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.

The hotel is within walking distance to MANY things and also close to a metro station. Lots of nearby restaurants offer diverse dining options. Access from the airport is excellent.

The staff was helpful. They provided detailed local information. My room featured air conditioning that maintained a consistent temperature. Daily housekeeping ensured a clean environment . I especially found the provided coffee and tea service advantageous, always accessible in the lobby.
The street-facing rooms experienced some noise during peak hours.

great location friendly staff relaxing courtyard poor sound insulation exhaust pipe no kettle
The location was great! it's super easy to get around with the bus stop and metro station just across the street. i especially loved the little courtyard. It gave me a nice spot to relax outside. the staff were helpful and friendly. it.
The sound insulation wasn't the best, i could hear noises from everywhere, like the reception and other rooms. my room only had one window that led to a small patio, but i couldn't open it much because of a bad smell coming from an exhaust pipe. i also wished there was a kettle or fridge in the room. It felt a bit like a hostel.

Acceptable stay with minor issues

The staff were helpful, and they provide useful information. The hotel sent information about which bus to take from the airport. It included a map. This proved very useful. The location is central, and it is easy to explore from there.
The bed was too hard for me. There was no fridge in the room, though there is a shared fridge in the hallway. Windows face a busy street, so it can be noisy with open windows. You can sleep with closed windows if the air conditioning is working.
