I loved that the room was clean. All staff were polite and professional. The location in Chinatown is close to must-see attractions. I was happy with the DIY laundry facility. The gym had useful equipment.
Street noises were audible in my room, making sleep difficult.

The location provides easy access to Chinatown with many dining options nearby. Two MRT stations are nearby. Telok Ayer is also nearby. These areas are great not just for food but also for hanging out.

Excellent Central Location

The hotel is in a great location near Chinatown and public transport. The rooftop pool was a highlight, it offered city views. I found the laundry facilities very useful, especially after traveling.
The room lacked a proper bathroom. The toilet and shower were just in cubicles. This arrangement offered little privacy and could be awkward for some guests.

Staff were helpful with luggage and directions plus they provided assistance for airport transport. I appreciated their attentiveness and quick responses to my inquiries at the reception.

My room was spacious and included a kitchenette, very practical. The shower had good water pressure plus temperature control was very easy. I found the bed comfortable. It helped me rest well.

The rooftop pool was clean plus maintained at a comfortable temperature. The gym had several treadmills and a range of weight machines. There were sufficient towels available near the pool area.

I really liked the location. It was close to chinatown. the room also had basic cooking facilities, i found this very convenient. i thought it was great. They even provided filtered tap water.
The customer service wasn't amazing you see. i booked a studio beautiful room. It was for 3 adults with breakfast included but the room was only prepared for 2 people. there were no apologies for the issue. i finally got my bed at 9pm

the room was of a decent size and its cleanliness was satisfactory.
despite my reservation clearly specifying breakfast included for three adults in a studio beautiful, i was told at check-in the room setup was only for two, and i must pay extra. this discrepancy led to a three-hour ordeal, multiple reception visits was required. no apologies were offered for their error.
