central location helpful staff private bathroom
the location is very central. i was able to walk to many attractions. the staff helped me with directions. the room had a fridge and a closet. there was a private bathroom. the room was cleaned daily, a nice touch.
the stairs were steep, something to be aware of

friendly staff daily cleaning extra power board hotel cat
the family staff were friendly. they accommodated our needs and cleaned the room daily. i appreciated the extra power board they provided when they saw we had limited outlets. the hotel cat was often around for a friendly pat.
the stairs are steep and narrow, which required extra caution when carrying luggage.

the central location allows easy access to public transport and tourist sites. it is a short walk to the central station and dam square. several amenities and shops are nearby.
