the location was convenient for seeing things. it was also quite close to the park (i spent an afternoon relaxing there).
the room was not very clean. i found hairs on the bed when i arrived (this was a bit off-putting).

the staff was cute. the room and bathroom were very clean. the mattress was soft and comfortable. it was very close to everything!
the online customer service was bad. i had to repeatedly ask on whatsapp for the digital key to access the hotel. i only received the email with the digital key during the night of my stay

the hotel is right next to a large park. i enjoyed being close to nature and having a tree view. it was easy to get to the museums from here, even by walking. it's great for tourists.

i was able to rent a bike from the hotel and explore the area. the hotel provides coffee and tea to guests. this service was very convenient. i made use of the bike rental every day.

The hotel provides a digital key. This key opens all necessary doors. I also used the coffee and tea provided. The room had central heating. an extra heater. I found the location quite good.
I noticed a slight inconvenience, there was nowhere to store clothes. The small room meant floor space was limited.

The staff member at check-in was very helpful.. plenty of knowledge was provided. I felt well-informed about the surrounding area. things to do during my short stay, something I appreciated.

I received free coffee, hot chocolate, and latte from the lobby. Yogurt was also available. This was in addition to an adequate bagged breakfast to start the day. It's nice to have some options available.

The hotel at night was noisy, with doors banging. the rooms felt very stuffy. The inside air was stale.
