I found the location excellent, close to Dam Square and Central Station. The tram stop outside was convenient. The staff provided helpful service . I appreciated the clean bathroom and shower facilities.
I noticed the staircase was quite steep.

cramped room inadequate lockers
the staff proved helpful AND accommodated my requests adequately.
the pictures online seemed misleading. the room felt very cramped, AS a result it got quite warm. lockers were inadequate for personal belongings.

The hotel location proved convenient. i could walk to the central station in minutes. a tram stop was also just outside. I never waited long. the bathroom had a good shower. i also received a towel, useful.
the stairs felt narrow.

the twin room had ample space with many sockets for charging my devices. the reception staff were friendly and provided helpful directions to local attractions. the location proved convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby
the stairs to reach my room were quite steep and narrow so carrying luggage was difficult.

great central stay
central location clean bathroom
the location is central. it is next to the royal palace and close to the train station. i could walk to almost all attractions from this location. the bathroom was clean. (that is always a plus!).
the google pictures misled me a little. the 6-person room i stayed in felt cramped. this made it very warm inside.
