convenient location metro station nice perk
The location was very convenient. It was close to a metro station. The pool was a welcome addition after a day of sightseeing (I really enjoyed relaxing there). The staff let me use the pool after checkout. This was a nice perk.
The gym equipment was quite limited.

totally awesome stay !
ample space modern bathroom comfortable bed daily service
the hotel room was huge with so much space for all my stuff. a cool modern bathroom , made getting ready easy. the king bed felt super comfortable. the daily cleaning service kept everything super clean. i used the pool and the gym. they were both modern and clean !
the shower water pressure could have been stronger , i guess that's the only little thing i noticed that wasn't completely perfect.

perfect location comfy bed clean pool
Hotel have perfect location close to transit. My room include a large bathroom and also lots of space to open suitcase. King bed was super comfy. I also used the clean pool and gym area.
The hotel have no bar. I reminded me of this was a small issue.

The room was spacious with ample floor space and good wardrobe storage. I like the king bed. It was super comfortable and I slept well. Daily cleaning service maintained the room well and it was always super clean.

I appreciated the rooftop pool area. It was modern and clean for swimming. The jacuzzi was also a treat after a day of exploring. Gym have modern equipments that was a nice touch.

The hotel do not have restaurant, but there were many places for breakfast. I find a food court close to the hotel. It was easy to get a quick bite.

The location was unbeatable. Public transport was so easy with bus stops. MRT station only meters away from the hotel door. I can access lots of tourist spots easily.

Acceptable Location, but Several Downsides
early closing pool indifferent staff
The location was acceptable (near public transport).
The pool closed relatively early in the evening, so we could not use it. Upon arrival, the hotel blocked the cost of one night as a deposit on my credit card, even after complete payment. The staff seemed indifferent.

The location was great near the MRT station. I found the pool a real bonus. I could use it after checkout while waiting for my flight. Staff were helpful to me.
The shower water pressure was a bit weak. I felt the toilet facilities lacked for a high rating hotel. The amenities were very minimal as I only got a small size of shampoo conditioner and body wash.
