amazing views
convenient location friendly staff very nice view useful machine
i found the location very convenient, close to many attractions. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. my room view was very nice, with a clear sight of the world trade center. also, there's an ice machine on every floor, what i found quite useful .
the bathroom ceiling had mold.

my room was CLEAN, and i had a safe. the bed provided supreme comfort. the smart tv included youtube and netflix, a great addition for entertainment during downtime. i also liked the modern room look.

housekeepers were very nice and friendly. daily cleaning was offered. the elevators worked super FAST. the reception provides nonstop service. staff allowed a late check out when my travel plans got changed last minute.

the hotel offers luggage storage for a small fee of two dollars per piece. there are multiple food options and bars within walking distance. the hotel is close to almost all the metro lines. the ice machine on every floor is convenient.

prime location attentive housekeeping comfortable bed
The location was unbeatable. I could easily walk to major attractions! My room was super clean each day thanks to the very attentive housekeeping. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night!!!
The elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

unreliable elevators broken walls
the location were acceptable near subway stations.
The elevators proved unreliable, with long waits for the service elevator. It affected transit throughout my stay. the lack of soap in the room was a significant oversight. I had to request it twice. the poor state of maintenance included broken walls. The overall impression was disappointing.

natural light well-kept room city view
i stayed in a beautiful king room non-smoking. the room had good natural light and was well kept. the subway was super well connected, which i appreciated. the hotel kindly changed my room to allow me a view of the city.
The place didn't have basic kettle service. It WAS disappointing.
