i found the location very convenient, close to many attractions. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. my room view was very nice, with a clear sight of the world trade center. also, there's an ice machine on every floor, what i found quite useful .

my room was CLEAN, and i had a safe. the bed provided supreme comfort. the smart tv included youtube and netflix, a great addition for entertainment during downtime. i also liked the modern room look.

housekeepers were very nice and friendly. daily cleaning was offered. the elevators worked super FAST. the reception provides nonstop service. staff allowed a late check out when my travel plans got changed last minute.

i stayed in a beautiful king room non-smoking. the room had good natural light and was well kept. the subway was super well connected, which i appreciated. the hotel kindly changed my room to allow me a view of the city.

The place didn't have basic kettle service. It WAS disappointing.
