eugene at the front desk was super polite and helpful , even when i showed up at 3 a.m. he opened a room for me and i am so thankful for that ! the location is awesome , close to all the attractions , and many subway stations are nearby. i really enjoyed the free tea , coffee , and water in the lobby. i also appreciated the free guest laundry facilities a lot.
the bathroom was a bit too small , , made maneuvering a little tight.

the hotel provided great tea and coffee making facilities in the lobby, complete with takeaway cups. a complimentary water machine offered bottled water. the location was also a standout feature, with the 9/11 memorial visible from my room.
i noticed that the area around the hotel had a noticeable smell on the street, a bit unpleasant.

The location is convenient. I observed several subway stations nearby. Important landmarks are also close. The room I had was neat. It was quite spacious. The bathroom facilities impressed me. The minifridge was also very useful.
A front desk staff member was impolite. I had mistakenly used 2 washing machines. I was given 2 washing detergent packs by the front desk. The staff member chastised me for this.
