The location proved convenient for exploring. it's a short walk to multiple subway lines. the room was quite spacious, great to relax and unwind after long days. the bathroom was especially clean. I found that so refreshing. the large dispensers for toiletries are a nice touch, eliminating waste. it's dove brand!!!

the gym equipment felt a little dated. it worked fine but newer machines would have been nice.

The hotel's location is very convenient near a subway stop (a great advantage when exploring). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times (they really made a positive impression). I appreciated the availability of free tea and coffee in the lobby.

I could hear noises from the hallway clearly within the room due to the lack of weatherstripping at the base of the door.

Free coffee and other refreshments were available in the lounge, a great perk (especially in the mornings!). The location is also close to Essex Market, offering many options for meals.
