underwhelming stay AT an expensive rate
pathetic wardrobe constant noise
the location WAS good, near the subway station.
The ROOM size was a joke. I booked a studio, but it felt more like a closet. the wardrobe was pathetic. Only six hangers were provided, a complete joke for A three-night stay. noise from outside was constant because the windows were not soundproofed. the lack of kettle in the room was also annoying.

the hotel had a stylish look. the location was convenient. i found a complimentary prosecco, i appreciated that. breakfast was included, which helped start the day right.
the curtains in my room did not fully close, but i used a chair to solve that.

The staff were indeed very kind. ariel and victor asked if everything was satisfactory upon my arrival. I appreciated their kindness. their hospitality was renowned. I will recommend them forever. the breakfast options had such variety. It was well worth the money.
The room i was assigned was somewhat cramped. There was limited space.

The subway station is right outside the hotel. it made transportation very easy. our room was super clean and cozy. the breakfast was also nice..
our room was quite small. it was hard to open our luggage inside. there was no kettle for making tea or coffee. the outside noise at night was noticeable.

surprised by the breakfast and location!
fresh fruit convenient station short walk
i loved a breakfast. it included fresh fruit and pastries, a good way to start the day. the chambers street subway station was so convenient, right outside the hotel. the 9/11 memorial, just a short walk away, was very accessible. it make it easy to explore the area.

small room repetitive breakfast
the room felt much smaller than expected. i booked a studio 1 king bed but there was barely room to walk around the bed itself. also, the included breakfast became repetitive after a couple days. the same potato cubes and scrambled eggs were there every morning, and i really wanted some variety. no bacon or sausage was available.
