This hotel is super. The location is near all of the subway lines. It was easy to get around. Cesar A Cepeda is the assistant general manager and he helped us with our needs. He is a kind person and he wants all guests to have a good stay. I enjoyed my stay.
The hotel should improve some aspects. The hotel registration desk was unable to break a $20 bill. I went to the small coffee stand in the lobby for change. The cashier provided it from his own pocket.

the hotel is near multiple subway lines. it offers easy access to soho, little italy, and chinatown. i found that ground zero and brooklyn bridge were about 30 minutes away. shopping on prince street is approximately 15 minutes away.

The staff was courteous.
The room smelled musty. It was so gross! We had to buy air freshener to mask the smell. the water coming out of the faucet was murky and brown several times . This was unacceptable.
