dirty windows high cost
the room was quite worn the windows needed cleaning hindering the view outside i thought the cost was too high considering what the hotel provided the limited view made my stay less enjoyable the overall condition of the room did not meet my expectations for the price i paid

The front desk staff provided very helpful directions each time I needed assistance. The club room was AMAZING!!! It had plentiful beverages and snacks available. Juan handled my luggage with great care and efficiency.
The thermostat in my room did not initially work, but maintenance fixed it very quickly.

The club lounge features a nice outside terrace. winter keeps guests inside. The accessible room includes several good accessible features, especially in the bath. The hotel offers self park for $55 a day.

elevator problem long wait
the staff was super courteous and helpful.
The elevators were ALMOST always full. It was often necessary to wait 10-15 min. not enough elevators were available for the foot traffic in the hotel. this made getting to and from my room a hassle

easy travel kind person great stay
This hotel is super. The location is near all of the subway lines. It was easy to get around. Cesar A Cepeda is the assistant general manager and he helped us with our needs. He is a kind person and he wants all guests to have a good stay. I enjoyed my stay.
The hotel should improve some aspects. The hotel registration desk was unable to break a $20 bill. I went to the small coffee stand in the lobby for change. The cashier provided it from his own pocket.
