Excellent Stay in Prime Spot!
helpful staff comfortable beds big windows
The front desk staff were very helpful. The location is near many shops and cafes in little italy. The room had comfortable beds and big windows. I would stay at the hotel again.
The lighting in the room was dim. I had to use my phone flashlight to apply makeup. This made it hard to get ready in the evening.

The lobby maintained a calm vibe and perfect conditioning. There was easy access to groceries and pubs. The subway was nearby, offering convenient access to various areas. I found all facilities to be very well maintained.

The hotel is at the edge of soho and little italy. The location offered easy walking distance to multiple sites. I walked to the empire state building and lower manhattan. It took approximately 60 minutes.

convenient location complimentary coffee fresh towels friendly staff
I found the location quite convenient. It was near several subway stations! the complimentary coffee each morning was nice. i also liked that fresh towels were provided daily when i asked for them. the staff was indeed very friendly and helpful, i must add.
the air conditioning unit in my room was quite old and made some noise, which bothered me a little, though not much.

my room had sufficient space and was quite clean. the bathroom had ortigia toiletries. i found the beds comfortable, which ensured restful sleep , very useful after a long trip.

mixed experience at this location
small room noticeable noise
The room was quite small. It barely had enough space to move around. the bathroom was also tiny, rather inconvenient. i found the noise from outside quite noticeable, especially at night. thin windows did little to block the street sounds. It made sleep difficult.

poor lighting unwelcoming atmosphere
The location was great. I appreciated the helpful staff, they accommodated a room on the lower floor so I did not have to lug my heavy luggage up those stairs.
The hotel itself is dark, especially the corridors. It created an unwelcoming atmosphere, it also raised safety concerns since I arrived late and I was traveling solo.
