the staff was very efficient with check-in even with many guests arriving. a staff member fixed a safe issue quickly. the quiet room and double luggage rack were useful.
I did notice a lack of hot water initially. It took some time for it to come through in the shower.

the check in was very easy. the room was so immaculate. the bed is huge and it is comfy.
the parking situation is horrific. i had to park about 5 blocks away in front of someone's house. the rooms are nice, but the location is sketchy. i called in advance to say that i would be in around midnight to check in, she stated that she noted it, but all would be well.
