the room was super clean and cozy. housekeeping services were provided daily, and i appreciated the fresh towels. the staff was friendly and assisted with check-in and checkout processes. the hotel offered luggage storage after checkout, which i found helpful.
The room felt small and lacked adequate space. i would have liked more space for luggage and personal items. the lighting in the room was dim and made it difficult to read or work comfortably. This was quite annoying. i had to turn on all the lights to see properly.

the room size was smaller than expected i found it cramped with limited space for luggage the ventilation system was also quite loud it disrupted sleep each night additionally i was surprised there wasn't a refrigerator in the room i had to request one and wait for it to be delivered this was rather inconvenient

the hotel location was good for accessing the subway.
The bar noise in the evenings was too loud, and the atmosphere was not family-friendly. It was also humid after showers, and i think that impacted comfort.

The staff was helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to transportation. I walked everywhere and found coffee next door. The front desk staff was very nice.
Bathroom storage is limited. Housekeeping threw away my Dyson Airwrap attachments. Management did not believe us when I made them aware of the situation. I do not think they solved customer service issues effectively.
