clean rooms and great staff
friendly staff comfortable bed high cleanliness water bottles
The staff was very friendly and helpful. the beds were very comfortable, which ensured a restful stay. the rooms were clean and tidied daily. This maintained a high standard of cleanliness. i also liked the complimentary water bottles.
The doors slam loudly. I often heard them in the mornings. i mentioned this to the hotel on two occasions, but nothing changed. the doors continued to slam. this did ruin my stay a little

I found a very nice italian café, tutto calcio, near the hotel. It featured very tasty coffee and croissants. they also had delicious food. i recommend trying it.

The hotel's location is fantastic and close to key attractions and amenities. it is not as hectic as midtown. i secure hotel walking around. Plenty of eateries were nearby.

the hotel provided thick towels. the bed was comfortable. the closet had shelves for storage and there were under bed storage drawers too. i appreciated the in-room espresso machine and fridge.
the doors closed loudly. i heard doors slamming constantly, it disturbed my sleep.

the room includes a mirror for makeup application. slippers were provided for each guest. complimentary water bottles were restocked daily, a thoughtful touch.

small room non-functional heater
the staff were friendly, and they were helpful when i had questions.
my room was quite small, much like a cruise ship cabin and there really wasnt a spot to put my luggage. The closet felt cramped. i noticed the heater in the bathroom wasnt working, made the space uncomfortably cold.

The location was convenient for accessing various metro lines. A gym was available for guest use, which I found beneficial. Bottled water was provided daily, useful .
The room I had was rather small, leaving limited space beyond the bed. Hallway noise was noticeable, particularly from slamming doors. Housekeeping sometimes disrupted potential sleep-in opportunities.

The staff was very friendly. they helped with directions. the room was clean. i also appreciated the comfy robes and slippers. i found the location quite convenient. It made exploring easy! the bed offered really good comfort. I slept soundly each night.

gym equipment polite staff great location small room broken heater missing dining room
the gym has enough equipment for a quick workout. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes there. the staff was very polite at all times. the location is good for walking to many spots.
my room was very small, like a cruise ship cabin. there was not place to set my luggage down to unpack. the bathroom heater did not work and it was cold. no real dining room exists, just a small carry out place nearby.
