My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, near major attractions and lively dining options, making it great for exploring. The check-in process went smoothly and the room was comfortable, but we faced significant issues with service that left us frustrated. Overall, while there were enjoyable moments, the experience was marred by some unfortunate events.
