this hotel had a very good location, close to subway lines. it made it simple to move around the city. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. the bed were really comfy, i enjoyed a good rest.
there were waits, specially during peak hours which was not ideal.

Check-in was quick. I received complimentary cookies upon arrival. The location is convenient with a Walgreens at the corner, handy for purchasing snacks. Several subway stations are nearby, a great advantage for getting around. A great Italian restaurant is connected. I had dinner my first night.
Waiting for one, especially during peak times, could take a considerable amount of time. This made it a bit discouraging to leave and return to the hotel frequently.

The room had ample storage space. It was convenient. i found the proximity to shopping centers and restaurants quite advantageous. the staff members were helpful, i did appreciate their assistance. the luggage storage was available, very useful.

I appreciated the convenient location near the subway. The room offered nice bedding, ensuring a restful sleep after long days. Daily cleaning was consistently provided, I liked the fresh cookies. The experience was good overall.
