uneven experience
poor view constant noise
my room faced an inner building shaft i was quite disappointed there was almost no sunlight the view was a pipe with a dirty wall constant air conditioning noise was all i heard when i opened the window the noise was quite disturbing the lack of a proper view was really disappointing

convenient location unique decor chocolate gift poor air conditioning unbearable heat ineffective solution
The hotel boasts a very convenient location. I found the room decor to be quite unique. The chocolate gift was a pleasant surprise.
The air conditioning did not function well. It was uncomfortably hot, even for someone accustomed to heat. The hotel could not move me to another room, and the extra card for continuous electricity did not solve the problem.

quiet room great location
the room was very quiet. also, the location was great and right off gran via.
The bathroom door was partially made of glass. This was not convenient.

lovely finishing comfy bed air conditioning extra card
I found the room to have lovely finishing touches. The shower was very good and the bed was comfy. The staff were excellent. The place was super clean throughout my stay.
The air conditioning was not functioning well THE room was too hot. The power went off every time I left the room. I complained about the situation but could not move rooms. I was given an extra card to keep the electricity on but it did not help.

The location provided easy access to shopping areas. The rooms feature gorgeous designs. The bed offered super comfort. I loved this.
The minibar was empty, which I found somewhat inconvenient.
