good breakfast metro station spacious room noisy staff adjoining room corridor noise
the breakfast was complete and good. the location is excellent right on the gran via and next to a metro station. the room and toilet were big and spacious, i felt so comfortable. the shower was amazing, it was pure bliss!
the cleaning staff made a lot of noise every morning in the adjoining rooms and corridors while they worked. sometimes they spoke loudly to each other or shouted from one end to the other. the noise was really disruptive. it made it hard to rest well in the mornings

i loved how close it was to everything, steps away from the bustle. the breakfast had many tasty options, a true morning gift. i also liked the friendly team, they offered a very warm welcome.

fantastic location quiet room comfortable bed reliable air conditioning
the location was fantastic. i could walk to most places i wanted to see. the room was surprisingly quiet, even though it is in a busy area. the bed was comfortable. the air conditioning worked reliably (that was a relief!).
i found the decor a little outdated.

the hotel is near puerta del sol and gran vía (a short walk). major attractions are easily accessible. the metro is also very close for getting around the city easily.

the staff offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants and flamenco shows. they also arranged a taxi for my departure. i appreciated their attentive service (especially maria!).
