The location is GREAT. It is near Callao and Gran Via (easy access to everything). Staff attitude is excellent. I found very good dining places around. The room was very clean.
Pillows were very uncomfortable. There were no lights in the hallway until I had walked halfway down. Storage space in the room was insufficient.
