Really good Location and Service!
central location amazing staff
The hotel's location directly on Gran Via is fantastic. Everything I needed, including restaurants and shops, was within easy walking distance. The staff members were responsive and very helpful, especially with directions. I greatly valued their assistance with local recommendations.
The street noise was a problem on the second floor.

The hotel boasts very clean dependencies. The possibility to leave luggage on arrival and departure days proves helpful. It has a metro station directly in front. This feature adds significant convenience for exploring the city.

Excellent location with efficient services
convenient location helpful staff clean room effective air conditioning
I found the location convenient, right on Gran Via. It allowed very easy access to shops and public transportation. The staff were helpful, assisting with directions. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked effectively. I appreciated that they provide complimentary water, tea, coffee, and apples at reception.

The breakfast included a wide selection. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and baked courgette were offered. There was also chistorra, bread rolls, cereals, and yogurts. A variety of cheeses, ham, fruit, cakes, croissants, juices, tea, coffee, and water completed the offerings.

The hotel provides free water, tea, coffee, and apples at reception. I borrowed an iron and ironing board for my clothes. A free bus route 001 offers transportation to Atocha station. Museo del Prado is also along the bus route.

The room included a queen bed, easy to manage shower, and a modern bathroom. There was a safe located in the wardrobe. Plenty of coat hangers and a mini bar were available. The television offered mostly spanish channels however France 24 was available in english.

The hotel is situated centrally with buses and taxis readily accessible. The metro is approximately 50m away. Major shops, restaurants, and bars line Gran Via and adjacent streets. It's very convenient to access transportation and key areas.
