Underwhelming Stay. Service Issues Encountered
inaccurate prices resort fee
The room was aesthetically pleasing. the promised "street prices" for snacks in the mini-bar were far from accurate. A mysterious resort fee was on the bill, despite my prepayment. The staff member arranged a taxi to the port. It lacked transparency and honesty. I felt quite taken advantage of.

boutique feel separate vanity easy access
i liked the hotel decor because it was very lively. my room included a separate vanity area, so that helped a lot. this hotel is near everything, supper easy to get around.
the fridge was a mini and it was full of minibar stuff.

the room offers a well-divided space, including a separated toilet from the shower area. two suitcases fit easily without needing to be placed on the floor, which i found efficient. the bed includes comfortable linens and soft pillows.

every staff member greeted me warmly when i passed by, which i felt so good. bell men showed really good service, because they took our luggage to the car and loaded it in. they assisted both my husband and I with our doors, so helpful.

the hotel is just off the main strip, i found it very perfect as its quiet. it's a boutique hotel and up my alley. it has 15 minutes walk from everything you need to see.

i noticed that the hotel has a rooftop bar. the bar looked very lovely, i liked it very much. it is great little treat to an excellent hotel, definitely recommend.
