a satisfactory visit
early check-in late check-out unexpected fees mini bar charge
the staff was friendly and helpful. i was able to check in early, very convenient. also, a late check out was arranged without any problems.
i did encounter some unexpected daily e-channel fees. i also found an unapproved mini bar charge on my bill, even though i did not use it. i contacted the manager, warren, but the issue was not immediately resolved.
