I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite the frustrating check-in issues and an unannounced visit from housekeeping, two employees tried their best to help. On the flip side, my friends enjoyed a fantastic stay with accommodating staff and a prime location, making it perfect for a fun trip. There's a clear divide in experiences, so manage your expectations well if you choose this hotel.
