attentive assistance fast valet
I received very attentive assistance from Dhonraj. He quickly helped us with our luggage from the room. Dhonraj made sure we didn't forget anything and he called for our car. Car valet was fast and nice to work with.
i found the lack of hot water inconvenient for two days. The staff didn't inform us during check-in. I also lacked wash towels and calling multiple times didn't resolve it. Stock was consistently for one person even if we were a group of three.

I loved the central location. It made exploring effortless. the comfortable beds allowed for restful nights after long days of discovery. the reasonable price. the proximity to transit options allowed seamless travel to various city attractions.
i noticed the elevators sometimes took a little longer than i would have liked during peak hours, though this was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel location provided easy access to many attractions. My room was clean and well kept. Check-in WAS swift and efficient.
My room lacked sufficient natural light. It always seemed dark. The carpet had several noticeable stains. The bathroom sink drained slowly, a little inconvenient.
