The staff was very friendly. The quality of my room was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the shower was pristine. I appreciated the bathrobes and slippers provided.
The sound proofing was the WORST I've ever experienced in any hotel. I could hear every word spoken at a normal tone by my neighbors.

The room had air conditioning that worked perfectly. The bathroom included two separate sinks. I was glad to find a rainfall shower and plenty of towels.

I really enjoyed the breakfast because it had lots of variety. There was fresh fruit, fresh juices, and many healthy options. The service was quick, and the dining area was clean.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I also saw free weights and yoga mats available. The pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section.

Awesome stay!

I LOVED the apartment on the 11th floor. It seemed like a luxury hostel! The room had a kitchen, a living room and everything was newly refurbished. Plus there was a dining table WITH chairs.
The sound proofing wasn't great (I could hear every word my neighbors spoke).

The room had a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, and microwave. There was also a comfortable living area that included a sofa, a coffee table, AND a large tv. The bedroom featured soft beds and ample cupboard space.

The staff knew the surrounding area WELL and offered great recommendations for local spots. The breakfast service was excellent with MANY variations. The staff provided helpful directions, which I found AMAZING.

the room was spacious. the check-in was easy, and the front desk offered early check-in when i arrived around noon. the lobby had fruit water, and it was different each day. inside the room, there's a kitchen with a sink and dishwash supplies were provided.
the noise was quite loud. my room was roadside on the fourth floor and traffic made sleep difficult. i had asked for a quiet room, but this wasn't very quiet. the noise only lessened for a couple of hours at night.

the hotel included a rooftop pool, though the water was a little cool. a gym was available and had several machines for workouts. the reception also offered refreshing fruit lemonade near the entrance.

The rooftop pool was more of a large bathtub, to be honest. It was quite small and lacked any shaded areas. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard. I saw some flies. Not exactly the luxury experience one might expect.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a very big choice of food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful in many ways. They really guided me throughout the stay. it offered good value for money. I definitely recommend it to anyone.
I found that they did not provide a proper iron or ironing board. I think they could improve this detail.
