I found the location quite convenient, with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport. The breakfast offered a large selection of food, and I especially appreciated the good coffee. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. I found the staff kind and friendly.
The room lacked a minibar, only a mini-fridge was available, and it was empty.

Excellent Stay Near the City Center!
convenient location comfortable room fresh option
I found the location super convenient! It's close to public transport like the metro and tram lines. The room I booked was larger and more comfortable than I thought it would be, and the staff were kind. Breakfast was just right, and I particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh options available each morning.
The decor could use a little updating. It felt a bit dusty at times!

the location was ideal with close access to trams and the metro. i found it easy to explore different parts of the city. the breakfast included a wide variety of options. i appreciate the staff, who were always available and ready to assist with any inquiries, i liked that.
i think the furniture in the room looked a bit old.

Best stay, ever!
great location comfortable room friendly staff good breakfast
The location is super! I find a lot of places to visit and eat near. My room was big and more comfortable than i thought, hotel staff was very friendly. This is for sure one of my best hotel choice I have made. Breakfast was good and i found a great value for its price!
I notice the room wasn't really clean prior to my arrival. The carpets were not super clean, same for the bath and the toilet.

The lobby has a small seating area with five chairs and two tables. I see a vending machine near the elevators that sells drinks and snacks. A computer station is available for guest use near the front desk.

The front desk staff assist me efficiently during check-in, they provided clear information about hotel amenities. The hotel offers daily housekeeping. They cleaned the room thoroughly. Staff can arrange taxi services upon request i saw.

great location metro stop cozy room dirty carpet unclean bath limited breakfast
the hotel has a great location i think. metro and tram stops are super close it seems. the room i had was cozy. it also had a heritage hotel vibe so lovely.
i think the room i got wasn't cleaned well before i got there. the carpets and the bath was not that clean. even the toilet needed a good scrub i imagine. the breakfast was just okay, not too many things.
