lovely central stay

safe location quiet luxury excellent selection attentive service
I appreciated the hotel's safe location, a short walk to various attractions. the smart building had a quiet luxury that i found appealing. the breakfast selection was excellent. Sparkling wine was a great addition. i enjoyed the attentive service i received from the staff .
the mini bar pricing seemed high! though i chose not to use it .

my beautiful double or twin room had super high ceilings and many windows! the neutral decor added to the room's appeal. good quality bedding further enhanced the comfort during my four-night stay.

great location abundant array super clean room comfortable bed
the location was superb, right around the corner from numerous attractions. staff members were consistently friendly and available. i found the breakfast to have an abundant array of items, beautifully presented. the rooms were super clean and the beds provided comfort after long days, though the room temperature control was not very effective.
the sink in my room drained slowly, it was a minor inconvenience though i wish it was fixed quicker.

friendly staff beautiful view overpriced minibar broken temperature
i found the staff very pleasant and friendly. administrator iryna helped me greatly with all my questions. the location was picturesque and the view from the window was beautiful.
the minibar was overpriced and we chose not to use it. they only gave us two strange herbal tea bags, despite the statement tea is free. the rooms were too hot and the temperature control not working.

i appreciated how the hotel was close to most major attractions. i found the staff very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. the rooms included local touches, which i liked. breakfast was available daily and offered good options.
the safe was a little difficult to operate, but i managed after some tries.
