the rooms were quite spacious, i suppose.
The hotel claimed to be a five-star hotel. my experience suggested otherwise. They had that distinct charm of a low-budget motel. also, the music from the disco blared until 2 am every night, like they were intentionally trying to ruin my sleep. how thoughtful.

the staff was friendly. they were accommodating to requests. i also found the breakfast to be good. it had a satisfying range of choices.
the water in the shower had a bad smell. it was not clean. i could also smell a bad smell coming from the bathtub.

respectful staff birthday surprise modern decor fine view
i found the staff very courteous and friendly. mariam and her team organized a wonderful birthday surprise, it warmed my heart. the hotel is fine, and it has a modern, artistic decor, setting a unique atmosphere. the views let you see the burj khalifa and dubai frame altogether.

the reception desk went beyond expectations with their courteous service. staff were helpful and accommodating, i felt they were willing to assist with any request. they were attentive to my needs .

the room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed. the amenities provided everything i needed for a relaxing stay. it was clean and well-kept , offering a pleasant environment. i found the room well-equipped.

empty shower gel unfilled amenities
I found the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner empty. It was quite frustrating. Despite telling the staff to refill them, it just did not happen. This meant I couldn't properly use the bathtub. A big letdown.
