i found the staff very courteous and friendly. mariam and her team organized a wonderful birthday surprise, it warmed my heart. the hotel is fine, and it has a modern, artistic decor, setting a unique atmosphere. the views let you see the burj khalifa and dubai frame altogether.

I was delighted by the birthday surprise Mariam and her team organized. It warmed my heart. Sanja provided extraordinary housekeeping services . I loved the rooftop lounge for evening dinners it was amazing.
I found the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty. I informed the staff, but they did not refill them . This prevented me from using the bathtub with shower gel.

I found the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner empty. It was quite frustrating. Despite telling the staff to refill them, it just did not happen. This meant I couldn't properly use the bathtub. A big letdown.
