The room was clean when i arrived.
The room was quite cold upon my arrival. Despite the staff providing an additional heater, the central heating system did not seem to function properly. Air was entering through the closed windows making it worse.

The room was clean! neat and comfortable. The host provided all the equipment needed for an enjoyable stay.
There was no staff on site. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, and seemed overpriced though!

the room included a usb socket by the bed. the water heater worked very well providing hot water. there was also a hairdryer available which i found useful. a tesco express was a short walk away for any essentials.
the walls seemed quite thin. i could hear noise from the adjacent room after midnight which was disruptive.

i found a good supply of tea, coffee, and milk. the water heater worked excellently. a hairdryer and ironing board were also included as an added bonus. due to the flexibility and service-oriented behavior of the staff, i still enjoyed my stay. i will come again.
the walls seemed very thin and i could hear noise from people in the next room.
