adequate but flawed

unavailable blankets annoyed staff
the location was convenient enough (i could walk to a few places).
i asked for extra blankets because it was quite cold, but apparently, none were available. getting sheets instead felt a bit cheap and the staff seemed annoyed by the request.

the staff gave excellent directions. it helped me get around (i really needed that!). the location is great. i was close to the bell centre, restaurants, bars and the metro. i also liked how clean everything was. i had everything i needed for my stay.
the bedding did not feel luxurious. it reminded me of a motel 6. i asked for another blanket, but they told me i could only have one. the bathroom sink was not user friendly and did not allow for placement of items while using them. also, the bathroom door blocked the shower entrance.

Excellent downtown stay

modern kitchen convenient location easy digital access
The apartment had a functional, modern kitchen. The location was very convenient for exploring the area. It allowed walking access to many attractions, shops and restaurants. I also appreciated the easy digital access to the building and my room, without needing a physical key.
The air conditioning unit made a constant noise.

The gym had modern equipment allowing for good workouts .. The pool area featured ample loungers and a relaxing sauna after exercising.

The room included a refrigerator, freezer, oven, and stovetop making meal preparation easy. There was also a coffee machine and electric kettle available for hot beverages. A dishwasher allowed for easy cleanup after meals.
