Fantastic Location and Excellent Service
train station friendly staff excellent breakfast
I really appreciated how close the hotel was to the train station. The walk was a mere few minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient. I was in my room within minutes of arrival. Breakfast was really good. I was impressed!!!
There was no coffee refill in my room after cleaning. My mug was left dirty and unchanged. It was not a big problem for me, but I would expect a higher standard for the price.

The reception provided great information. They told me everything I needed to know plus a little more. Staff kept our luggage for free in the storage as we reached early, a very kind gesture that helped start my trip.

The location is very central. The train station is just downstairs. Trams and buses are available just outside. The hotel allows for easy access to and from the airport. it is close to the tram station.

The breakfast was really good. It offered a buffet that met all my needs. I encountered a variety of options to choose from. The food was amazing!!! I felt that they put in a lot of effort.

convenient location and helpful staff
the hotel is at the train station, a perfect location. i had a night train and requested a late checkout, they then stored my luggage at the reception. the staff WAS very kind and helpful. the room was clean.

the staff provided quick assistance at the front desk, offering solutions to my inquiries and requests with promptness, i noticed a high level of professionalism and attentiveness from all the employees encountered, THIS made a positive impact.

the breakfast had a good variety of choices, i saw fresh fruits and pastries displayed neatly. coffee and tea selections WERE plentiful, allowing guests to customize their beverages. seating areas were consistently clean.

my Standard Family Room included two separate beds. the room had a work desk with accessible power outlets, i used it. climate controls allowed me to adjust the temperature as needed.
