The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Chicago, making it super easy to explore nearby attractions. My stay was enjoyable overall, thanks to clean rooms and some really great complimentary snacks. However, the elevator situation was frustrating at times, and one staff member's attitude left a sour note during an otherwise pleasant experience.
