I FOUND the staff to be very nice. The location offered easy access to many places I wanted to visit. I also enjoyed the free water and coffee that were available EVERY DAY.
The furniture looked old and not well maintained. I HAD to request room service daily which was not ideal.

The location IS unbeatable. I walked to the theater district quite easily and enjoyed river views! The staff helped with directions. The room had a fridge and a microwave, very convenient for storing snacks and leftovers. I used the self-checkout. It made everything so much faster!
The parking was a couple blocks away! this was a little inconvenient after a long drive.

The hotel's proximity to local attractions IS really good. I found it convenient to walk to several key spots. Public transportation options are abundant nearby, and accessing different parts of the city was easy. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Although I did not dine on-site, many restaurants exist adjacent to the hotel! Plenty of nearby options cater to a variety of tastes. I found several restaurants that I enjoyed very much.

The room included essential amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave, really useful for storing and preparing food. Toiletries were readily available and replenished when needed. This added to the convenience. The room was clean and well-kept.

Front desk staff assisted with directions and provided helpful recommendations. This helped me a lot. Check-in and check-out were efficient. The staff was upbeat and friendly. They seemed to enjoy their work.

the location is perfect to explore the area. there are many shops and major attractions within walking distance. the hotel sits in a beautiful setting.
the room was very small, and the window was tiny.

the hotel provides water servers with empty bottles on each floor, so guests can easily get water. there is also a lounge on the second floor. it has complimentary coffee, tea, and hot water.

The front office personnel was friendly. the staff were helpful and cheerful!!! one employee were pretty good with great service. His name was jock. the staff have a quick turnaround. I was checked in early.
