The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Chicago, making it super easy to explore nearby attractions. My stay was enjoyable overall, thanks to clean rooms and some really great complimentary snacks. However, the elevator situation was frustrating at times, and one staff member's attitude left a sour note during an otherwise pleasant experience.

The rooms are on the smaller side but manage to be clean and comfortable. A standard room comes with a queen bed, desk, and chair, which works fine for a short stay.

The majority of the staff were friendly and accommodating, though I did have a less-than-great encounter with one receptionist who could have been more helpful.

With its central location, the hotel made it easy for me to walk to many attractions, including Riverwalk and Millennium Park. Public transport is just a stone's throw away.
