Uneven experience

The location was AWESOME, right in the middle of everything.

I waited 40 minutes queuing to check in. The two receptionists were slow. At that price point, it is NOT okay to make guests wait that long.

rude front desk faulty air conditioner

the location was perfect few minutes from downtown so it was easy to get around

the air conditioner did not work i made several requests to have it looked at or to be moved finally at 1am it was too hot i went down to the front desk and complained about it again the front desk was quite rude and said it was probably my fault it was a very frustrating experience

the staff was helpful and friendly. i really liked the bed. breakfast at miss rickie's was awesome! the servers were great and the food was fresh and fast. the room included good coffee, which i appreciated.

the location is perfect. a king room offered ample space. premium scented cleansing accessories completed the bathroom space.

the amount of people not from the hotel caused a scene during check-in! it was very uncomfortable
