Our stay at the hotel was quite the mixed bag. While the location was perfect for exploring the city, being so close to public transport, the bed comfort left much to be desired, leading to a long, exhausting weekend. Although the check-in process was smooth, I was disappointed by the attitude of some staff during a stressful situation. Overall, it had potential but fell short when it came to the essentials for a restful stay.
