The hotel provides an excellent setting, perfect for business travel in downtown Chicago. The rooms are generally comfortable, but I did find mine less clean than expected upon arrival. Service was a bit slow at times, especially with valet parking, but the overall experience was enjoyable. I felt that dining options could use some improvement, particularly the breakfast hours.
