The location was convenient, close to everything i needed. the room had a fridge and a microwave. rocky mountain soap company products were available in the bathroom. I especially liked this.
the wifi signal was weak and disconnected frequently. this made it difficult to work remotely.

Underground parking was a great comfort. The room was quite nice, and I found it very quiet. I noticed some wonderful soaps and bought them to use at home. They are heavenly. A quick walk gets you downtown. Many coffee shops are located within a block.

The staff were friendly when I arrived, and again at check out. I was happy to receive complimentary passes for public transit at check-in. The front desk was available 24/7. It was easy for late check-in and early checkout.

The room was a very good size, and it was clean. Housekeeping services came in daily. We had fresh linens and towels every day. They always made sure we had everything we needed, and the bed was nicely made.
