helpful receptionists quick laundry useful appliances
The receptionists were particularly helpful. charles greeted me warmly each day. the laundry room had two washers and dryers that were quite cheap to use. It was a quick process. i appreciated the fridge, dishwasher, and hob in the apartment.
the shower seemed a bit outdated.

great location large rooms attentive staff
The hotel has a great location near many shops. I appreciated the large rooms that provided ample space. The staff were helpful and very attentive to my needs.
The couch was not the most comfortable.

great downtown stay
equipped kitchen hot tea bathroom bidet king bed
my stay included a king suite. the suite had a fully equipped kitchen. there was a kettle for hot tea readily available. the bidet in the bathroom added extra comfort.
I could hear people through the walls. At times it was disruptive at midnight.

the front desk staff were very helpful. they addressed all my questions and requests efficiently. the check-out process was smooth and pleasant too.

The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. it is close to the main shopping precinct. the hotel is right next to a tour pick-up zone. This made exploring very easy. it is ideal for convenience
