modern hotel professional staff amazing location
The hotel was modern. cleanliness was really evident everywhere, it. the reception staff was professional. They handled everything efficiently. the hotel's location is amazing. A short walk gets you right into the city center.
the non working ventilation in the toilet, some stains on the bedsheets, and some hairs on the bedsheets.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. My room had a spacious wardrobe and comfortable beds. The location was excellent, providing easy access to essential trams and the city center. I received quick responses and assistance in shipping back forgotten items.
I found that the hotel closes all services at 8 PM. This resulted in no available support after that time.
