i found the staff were both attentive and friendly. the breakfast options had a decent range, including fresh pancakes. the location allowed me to easily walk to many venues, like shops, restaurants, and historic sites, very practical.
i noticed a lack of storage. for a stay longer than a single night, the provided space seemed inadequate. there was little room to keep clothes.

the staff was friendly. i watched them deliver very good customer service. reception was available at all hours, and i could see them assisting guests efficiently with any needs or questions. the team seemed motivated.

the rooms had a nice aesthetic and remained very clean . excellent shower pressure was something i noticed, alongside a super clean bathroom. the room offered a safe and comfortable environment, reflecting a modern style.

The bathroom were excellent and provided enough room.
The hotel room lacked sufficient storage. I had a small suitcase, yet there was almost no place to put my clothes. Staff at reception did not seem motivated, and there was often no greeting upon entry and little acknowledgment from cleaning staff in the hallways. The noise isolation was poor. Conversations from adjacent rooms were easily audible.
