mixed feelings about my stay
tiny bathroom weird smell
i did not enjoy my room very much. it felt quite small and the bathroom was TINY. there was also a weird smell, maybe from old pipes, i am unsure. i expected better for the price i paid. The food was REALLY bad!!!

The location was central. I could walk to many spots. The staff showed genuine care with local tips. Breakfast presented some tasty homemade goods. i found them very satisfying and i ordered my eggs cooked to my liking.
the lift felt a little claustrophobic and did not seem to work quite right.

the front desk staff displayed amazing service. a nice lady also oversaw the breakfast area. the team gives great support making my stay nice with breakfast, airport transport, restaurant tips and tours.

genuine kindness delicious juice convenient station excellent recommendation
The staff displayed genuine kindness! i always felt cared for, especially by the lovely breakfast lady. the breakfast featured delicious fresh juices and custom omelets. It amazed me! the location's nearness to san bento station proved very convenient. miguel offered excellent dinner recommendations. It added a lovely touch to the stay.
The old building had a very small elevator. It sometimes felt a little scary

perfect location early flight delicious french toast
the location was excellent everything was within walking distance. the staff were helpful even packing me a bag of snacks for my early flight. the breakfast was wonderful i especially enjoyed the french toast.
the shower caused water to spill all over the floor it needs better sealing.
