Fabulous Stay in the City Center

I found the location excellent, close to the train station. I could easily walk to restaurants and tourist attractions. My room was very clean and quite spacious. The staff held my luggage. I used the lobby due to a delayed flight.
The bathroom lacked privacy. I found this design choice awkward. There was no door, so the sink and shower were open to the room, impacting privacy significantly.

I found the staff very helpful with dinner reservations. Also they addressed all requests promptly. The employees were attentive and very kind. I felt well-cared for throughout my entire stay, which I appreciated greatly.

The reception personnel were really good. their extensive knowledge of the local area was really useful. the location is great. Taxis are easily accessible, and the metro is close. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. It was fresh and delicious (i loved the pastries!). the room and bathroom were both roomy and super clean.
the room i stayed in lacked complete soundproofing. this did cause a bit of disturbance at times.

The hotel's location was quite good many restaurants and transport options were nearby.
The bathroom had no privacy it felt odd for a 4-star hotel the design lacked a proper door. This made it uncomfortable sharing the room with colleagues I expected better privacy.
