Fabulous Stay in the City Center
central location spacious room
I found the location excellent, close to the train station. I could easily walk to restaurants and tourist attractions. My room was very clean and quite spacious. The staff held my luggage. I used the lobby due to a delayed flight.
The bathroom lacked privacy. I found this design choice awkward. There was no door, so the sink and shower were open to the room, impacting privacy significantly.

The hotel offers complimentary apples at the reception, a thoughtful touch . Also there are good bathroom amenities and decent hairdryer too! Breakfast included a diverse selection, appealing to various tastes, I observed.

I found the staff very helpful with dinner reservations. Also they addressed all requests promptly. The employees were attentive and very kind. I felt well-cared for throughout my entire stay, which I appreciated greatly.

the location was quite central (easy to access everything). cleaning staff kept everything very efficient .
Soundproofing could be slightly improved. Noise from outside was occasionally noticeable.

charming stay
local knowledge wide variety spacious room super clean bathroom
The reception personnel were really good. their extensive knowledge of the local area was really useful. the location is great. Taxis are easily accessible, and the metro is close. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. It was fresh and delicious (i loved the pastries!). the room and bathroom were both roomy and super clean.
the room i stayed in lacked complete soundproofing. this did cause a bit of disturbance at times.

the hotel is near important historical sites. many restaurants are also nearby. it is a flat area, so walking around is easy. i found this location to be a real plus.

the room included air conditioning that worked well. a kettle with tea bags was provided. the bed was very comfortable. the rooms were modern and clean, which really stood out to me.

Acceptable Stay with a Bathroom Issue
bathroom design privacy
The hotel's location was quite good many restaurants and transport options were nearby.
The bathroom had no privacy it felt odd for a 4-star hotel the design lacked a proper door. This made it uncomfortable sharing the room with colleagues I expected better privacy.

convenient location, minor issue
convenient location public transportation multiple choices
the location is convenient to public transportation. taxis were easily accessible and the metro was close by. the room included modern amenities and was quiet. breakfast had multiple choices.
soundproofing within the rooms was insufficient. i could hear noises from adjacent rooms. this created disturbances during sleep.
