reasonable hotel stay
good location helpful staff
the location was good. i found it easy to walk to many places. the staff help me find a good restaurant. i did eat breakfast every day. the range on offer suited my tastes.
i did not get a full night of sleep because of people shouting in the streets. the noise bothered me. the hotel should get better double glazing for the windows. i think the noise is too much.

The staff was helpful with directions.
My room faced the street and the noise at night was excessive. The thin windows did little to block the sound. I did not get a good night's sleep .

convenient location super clean room excellent service
i found the location convenient for accessing transportation and reaching attractions on foot. the room was super clean and well kept (i certainly appreciated that). the staff provided excellent service.
the street noise was disruptive, even with the windows closed. i think enhanced soundproofing would significantly improve the experience.

city center romance!
amazing location super clean room complete toiletries
the location was amazing. everything was within easy reach. the room was super clean and it smelled fresh. i found complete toiletries provided, i think most 4-star hotels do not offer this anymore.
the street outside could be a bit noisy at times. maybe better soundproofing would help. it did interrupt the otherwise perfect nights.

inefficient double glazing street noise
the staff were friendly. the air conditioning was very effective .
The lack of efficient double glazing was very disappointing. every night i was wakened by noise from people on the streets at all hours. They were shouting. the noise made it impossible to get one night of uninterrupted sleep. I was frustrated

I found the location quite convenient. Landmarks and dining options were within an easy walk. the room was modern and well kept. the staff, particularly will, stood out because he was helpful and accommodating. breakfast was a high point. It had a great variety.
the noise at night from the street was a problem because it disturbed my sleep.
