lovely stay!
fantastic location helpful staff
location was fantastic. staff members were genuinely helpful. i enjoyed the breakfast it offered more than i expected.
the bathroom was quite basic, unfortunately. i found many stairs to my room, not easy.

perfect location terraced area breakfast food
the location was perfect and provided good access to the river. i found many eateries within proximity! there is also a nice terraced area to the back of the hotel with seating. dietary requirements were provided for at breakfast.
The showerhead was broken. It had been that way for a while. i used a handheld wand to shower, it wasn't ideal.

The breakfast included many options (fresh fruit salad was my favourite). Tea, water, and biscuits were available all day. The location is great. It is very central to many attractions.
The stairs creaked a little.

lovely breakfast comfortable room friendly staff great location
The breakfast each morning was lovely. My room and bed were comfortable. The staff were friendly and cute. Chris especially was helpful. The location provided great access to all the attractions. The team even offered tips about what to visit.
I had to carry bags up a few flights of stairs since there is no lift.

This place has a great central location. I could easily walk to all the main sights. It is right in the heart of everything. I found it easy to get around to everywhere I wanted to go.

The breakfast includes many options of fresh breads, fruit and meats. the staff is very kind and helpfull. i liked how the room was very spacious and cleaned everyday. they renewed water and left a jar with cookies in the room. It was a nice touch.
The showerhead was broken and had been like that for a long time. it was required use a handheld wand to wash my hair and take shower. the rug in the bedroom was very dirty. I do not like that.

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
the location provided good access to the river and was a short walk from the underground station.
the showerhead in the bathroom was broken, it had been broken for some time. using a handheld wand was the only way to shower. this made washing hair inconvenient.
