The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean. I left my luggage before check-in and began to explore the area. This location is near several food options and activities. Everything is walkable.

The air conditioning broke during the first night, and water splashed on the floor. The room was also rather loud. I changed rooms. The second was better, but noise remained a problem.

the hotel had a 24-hour reception. it was close to the main metro, trindade. the tv had one english channel and my wife found a crime channel at 128..

the bathroom design was a little dangerous. it was so tight and busy it was hard to use it without falling. the shower controls did not respond when changing the mode.
