The air conditioning was ineffective , failing to adequately cool the room. I also found the selection of television channels limited , offering few options in English.

Central Location with Great Service

helpful staff clean room central location

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean. I left my luggage before check-in and began to explore the area. This location is near several food options and activities. Everything is walkable.

The air conditioning broke during the first night, and water splashed on the floor. The room was also rather loud. I changed rooms. The second was better, but noise remained a problem.

friendly staff great views tidy bathroom

check-in was simple due to the friendly staff. lifts accessed all floors. my room offered great city views. the bed was comfy. tea and coffee facilities were available. the bathroom was very tidy.

I noticed the tap water tasted strange. The hotel provided only one small water bottle.

24-hour reception main metro crime channel bathroom design shower controls bad smell

the hotel had a 24-hour reception. it was close to the main metro, trindade. the tv had one english channel and my wife found a crime channel at 128..

the bathroom design was a little dangerous. it was so tight and busy it was hard to use it without falling. the shower controls did not respond when changing the mode.
