fantastic stay!

spacious room clean room smooth check-in lovely views

i stayed in a spacious, clean room. it featured two large picture windows with lovely views. check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. i grabbed a coffee before my early check-out. breakfast looked amazing!!!

i noticed that soundproofing could be improved slightly, especially from hallway noise.

Awesome Stay in the City!

I really like this hotel. The breakfast was a delight. I saw different varieties each day. I enjoyed the different kinds of agua frescas it offered. the coffee tasted delicious. everything was nice and hot.

The wifi worked poorly. It did not work in the gym, pool area, and my room. I had trouble with my flight and sat by the door of my room for two hours to get a connection. Getting any work done was difficult.

The reception was friendly. The staff helped quickly with requests. They also helped me with directions and recommendations, so i never felt lost.

the wifi signal in my room was quite weak i found this particularly frustrating when i needed to work i was in a traditional queen room two queen beds i also noticed that the minibar prices seemed excessively high a small bottle of water cost almost five dollars at that price i chose to go without

the room i had was a traditional queen room with two queen beds it was quite spacious. the sheets and towels were clean i really appreciated that. the breakfast buffet was quite amazing with so many options i liked that.

the gym needs some updating i noticed that. there were some machines out of service. it's a shame because i like to exercise when i travel.

The room had ample space. The breakfast offered multiple choices (i found the fruit selection fresh). The gym access was a great amenity for morning workouts. The staff provided quick responses to all requests.

The pool was to be smaller than expected. It offered limited space for lounging and relaxation.
