The room was spacious. I had a refrigerator. The location was convenient for accessing local sites. I appreciated the good variety offered during breakfast.
I had to use the stairs. The door card was difficult to use. Replacing the door card also proved difficult, causing some delay.

The staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. Breakfast included eggs, fruit, and coffee. It started the day well. A sitting area on our floor was available. It offered a place for conversation. The room was very spacious.
The gym equipment was outdated. It needs replacements or maintenance.

The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of local fruits and pastries. Hot dishes, like scrambled eggs and plantains, were replenished regularly. The coffee was strong and kept me going for my daily explorations.

The hotel is close to the Central Market. This made shopping for souvenirs easy. Several restaurants are nearbywith dining options. Public transportation is also easily accessible from the hotel.

the staff were very polite. they accommodated my room request made before arrival. (i was so grateful!) the suite was spacious, and it had windows. the breakfast room staff remembered my food preferences and were willing to accommodate them.
some of our belongings disappeared. we went out and asked about the check-out time. i later realized some items were missing like a backpack and a shirt. the value wasn't significant but the feeling was quite unpleasant.

The presidential suite was spacious. leaving my luggage before check-in was no problem. parking underneath the hotel felt secure. It was convenient too, though tight for an suv.
the hotel did not have windows in our room, not very pleasant.
